Middle School students from Pontiac, Michigan attended Ecology Camp, June 25 - July 1, at Cranbrook Institute of Science. One of the highlights of the week was constructing miniature-sized boats out of natural materials and floating them on the Rouge River. The week was filled with swimming and many ecology activities. It's good to hear that these student enjoyed an activity involving mother nature. My sister attended one last week. She came home energized and cheerful. She told us the activities they did which she found so fun. I think, she plans on joining another ecology camp this coming month. She's asking me to join her. Will that be okay?
